I'm not going to make it as I'm helping to man (or woman) a dog adoption booth at the Bark in the Park in North Conway, NH, Sunday. My friends and I are planning to go out for dinner over there afterwards. But chat on and I'll try to be around next time. I hope everyone is having a good summer. After a very long and cold winter and a short and wet spring, the weather has been pretty spectacular here so far.

A small but interesting crowd joined together in chat yesterday. We even got to 'meet' little Hedda.
Talked about the mushers who signed up on Saturday, vacations, the crazy things chat was doing (chat lag and kicking us out and in) and what we are doing this summer.
Hope to 'see' more next time.

Sorry I missed it too. Had planned on being there if my return trip from picking up one of the triplets allowed. We are doing "one at a time" this year so each one gets to do the things they like with GG and PaPa. This week is Cameron, my outdoor, dog, snake, fish loving boy. His plan is to fish every day! My plan is to do some of that too, but we are in the midst of renovating another house here in Mooresville, so I have house chores too. Cameron will help, but not long as I know the fish will be calling him! Everyone needs to start thinking about the patch!!

Sorry to have missed chat, but not sorry to have spent the day at the dog adoption/Dockdog event. I was paired up with the most adorable little girl, Kira. She's 11 months old and, despite being hit by a car and breaking a leg for which she received no veterinary care (Grrrrr), she was the sweetest, friendliest, most eager to earn a home dog at the event. She really turned on the charm for babies, kids, teens, adults, and other dogs. I wish there was a way to post photos here directly from my albums. For some reason I can't get into Photobucket now. Anyway, it was my first time at a Dockdog event. Now I know why Libby the Lab is so into it. So much fun and the dogs and their people had a blast. So did the spectators. And on such a brutally hot day weather wise (for NH), being splashed with pool water was much appreciated.

Very true sc-race-fan. But not too much needs changing as to what the required items will be, we will need to drop the BSSD ( ) but because John has named us iditabuds, there is no problem there.
Maybe do iditabuds.com in honor of our new digs?
