While you're drodling away on Top Ten Picks, you have to think tactics.. so why not think about furthest to 24 hours rest at the same time?
The rules are copied from last year, as always
Please post who will go the furthest (and where & when they land) before taking their 24-hour required layover in the 2017 Iditarod. Remember, it's the "fairbanks" route this year.
Post your picks for the following:
1. Musher
2. Checkpoint
3. Date & Time into checkpoint, Alaska Time
IMPORTANT NOTE: All picks are final when the first musher pulls out of Manley Hot Springs, the topic will be locked.
This one is just for bragging rights..
Scoring system:
For instance, if you have a time diff of five hours, you will get 12 - 5 = 7 points for guessing the correct time.
Last year two members guessed both musher and checkpoint and weren't far away on time either.
The result last time they used this route.

- 10 points for correct checkpoint
- 12 - delta (correct hour, guessed hour). Meaning you get 12 points for guessing withing one hour, and then 12-hour diff down to 0.
